My name is Rimma (Reema), I am a qualified integrative counsellor and NLP Trainer. I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered counselling to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. My Approach
I believe every person is unique, and therapy should be tailored to your individual needs. My approach blends several therapeutic techniques to create a holistic, compassionate and empowering experience for you. To do achieve this I use the following modalities:
Person-Centered Therapy: Focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings and discover your own solutions for growth and healing.
Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores how unconscious thoughts and past experiences influence current behavior and emotions, fostering deep insight and emotional healing.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): Uses techniques to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and unhelpful thought patterns, helping you create lasting change and achieve personal goals.
Together, we will work to build resilience, gain insight, and create positive change.
