Rewind Therapy
If you suffer from flashbacks, nightmares, or other symptoms of PTSD - Rewind can quickly and effectively put a stop to these.
There’s no need to disclose the details of the traumatic event.
Traumatic memories will cease after 2-4 sessions.

How I help:
I’m Rimma, an integrative counsellor and NLP trainer offering a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
I combine relational counselling with practical tools that help clients understand their experiences and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked with organisations including West Kent Mind and Family Matters, supporting clients affected by anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, and sexual violence.
This experience informs my understanding of how deeply past experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self.

For clients experiencing distressing memories or flashbacks, I offer Rewind Therapy — a gentle and effective approach that can help reduce or eliminate the emotional intensity of traumatic memories.
This technique does not require you to relive painful experiences in detail and can bring relief where symptoms have persisted for a long time.
